Complete dentures (or full dentures) are a matched set that includes upper dentures and lower dentures. Conventional complete dentures are initially put in between three and six weeks after natural teeth have been removed. (Also see Immediate Dentures.)

Premium complete dentures, such as BPS® or Geneva 2000™, may be recommended for patients who have unusual mouth or jaw joint conditions to ensure the best fit and function for daily life activities like eating, speaking and laughing with confidence.
